Quebec Air Search and Rescue, known as SERABEC, is a group of volunteers dedicated to the promotion of aviation safety and provides aerial support to Canada's national search and rescue program. SERABEC meets the standards of the civil air search and rescue association "CASARA". SERABEC has its own charter and is subsidized by the Canadian Forces.

SERABEC is aircraft owners and pilots, navigators and observers trained and trained for aerial search. Members receive training and training in areas such as aviation safety, meteorology, survival techniques, and visual and electronic aerial search procedures and techniques.

As a member of SERABEC, you will receive appropriate training and training to ensure your level of competence allowing you to join a research team.
